1,339,900 new B-shares were subscribed with Orion stock options in May. The 2001 Plan ended on 31 May.

The year 2001 Stock option Plan of Orion Corporation ended on 31 May 2006. In the course of May, altogether 1,339,900 new Orion B-shares were subscribed, of which 768,100 shares were subscribed with options 2001A/B, 263,400 shares with options 2001C and 308,400 shares with options 2001D. The total number of new B-shares subscribed with the program came to 2,731,980.

 

The share capital increase of EUR 2,287,350 based on the altogether 1,345,500 new B-shares subscribed in April-May 2006 is planned to be entered in the trade register on 15 June 2006. These shares consist of the following amounts of subscriptions by type of option: 770,500 new B-shares were subscribed with options 2001A/B,  266,200 B-shares with options 2001C and 308,800 B-shares with options 2001D. 

 

These new B-shares will be listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the old Orion B-shares (ORNBS) after the trade register entry, on 16 June 2006.

 

After the share capital increase has been entered in the trade register, the share capital of Orion Corporation will be EUR 240,138,307.60, consisting of altogether 141,257,828 shares, of which Class A accounts for 56,397,540 shares and Class B for 84,860,288 shares. The nominal value of each share is EUR 1.70.

 

 

Of the altogether 1.8 million stock options included in the Stock Option Plan 2001 of Orion Corporation, altogether 1,185,990 options were executed by the end of the subscription period of the plan. Each option entitling to subscribe for two new Orion B-shares, the full program resulted in a total of 2,731,980 new B-shares. The share capital increases based on the 2001 Stock Option Plan are as follows:
