83,280 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 83,280 A-shares have been converted into 83,280 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 14 February 2001. After the conversion there are 34,134,017 A-shares and 33,384,404 B-shares in the company.
