28,500 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 28,500 A-shares have been converted into 28,500 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 20 March 2001. After the conversion there are 34,105,517 A-shares and 33,412,904 B-shares in the company.
