President & Ceo of Orion Corporation, Markku Talonen joining Sonera Corporation as full-time Chairman of the Board

Markku Talonen, President and CEO of Orion Corporation has today asked for resignation from his duties as President.
Mr. Talonen will continue as President for Orion Corporation until 15 June, 2000, after which he will assume the full-time chairmanship of the Board of Directors of Sonera Corporation.
